| The Ranger - by Coragon |
Once upon a cold night dreary, battle-hardened, stout and wary,
sat I, slowly healing up, on Yggdra Forest's icy floor.
Suddenly someone was sneaking, to our camp here slowly creeping,
at our healers health-bar peeking, seeking more than to explore.
"Damn", I said, "I am to sleepy, should be alert for Mobs more.
THis it is and notHing more."
Oh so clearly I remember, it was in the grey november,
when a fogged moon shone piercing, icy rays upon the floor.
Eagerly I went to pull some, snowy imps who tend to run,
on along the snowy road, till they see the beaches shore.
Carefully or I would lie, on my face upon the floor -
At the beaches icy shore.
So I got the imp with lightning, and it came to me so frightening,
eagerly to start the fighting, at the beaches icy shore.
Turning then I stood and goaded, glad I wasn't overloaded,
the imp away to my own group, from the beaches icy shore.
To my group who waited ready, to send it now through Hells cold door -
Like so many times before.
Then I started nearly crying as I saw our healer lying,
in her own still steaming blood, with her face upon the floor.
"Oh come out, who did the worry, be you Albi, Hib or flurry,
so that I may in hurry, cleave your wretchless head in two!"
So I ran there, pull forgotten, from the beaches icy shore.
On my tired feet so sore.
And another long range arrow, came to us to cause us sorrow,
yes it struck, the silent arrow, sent our Zerker to the floor.
Then too few of us where left now, still alive to kill the imp, who
came to us to take the rest, of our once proud Yggdra-Group.
Yes he took some cruel revenge, for His brethen killed before.
Sent us all through Hel's cold door.
And the Ranger lies and waits, ending our people's fates,
close to Yggdra's mighty gates gettings Rps more and more.
Hidden does he do His stalking, watcHing Midgard's people walking
by, and waiting for some helpless newbie come out to the fore.
No, he won't now stop the camping and the killing, till we drown Him,
Near the beaches icy shore.
