Hammer - Honorific titles information As i think of it, Hammers are supposed to know a lot about pve, pvp, weapons, armors, spells, char-building and they need to show up as their power is needed, be it for quests, raids, rescue, hunts or whatever. Based on this i'd like to set the following as honorific titles for the hammers: - Veteran : A Veteran has proven, that he is able to build up a good pve and pvp char and is joining the OSS on their events quite regularly and has reached an acceptable "level". - Champion: A Veteran can become a champion if he is helping out with his knowledge about all hammer-related stuff (as mentioned above) i.e. show new members what is important to build a good char, what the important things are to raise and which are not. (You know what i mean, the kind of information that you won't find in any guide or manual. In-depth information so to say.) And of course he should be up for allmost every event and be a helping hand at quests etc. . - High Champion: This should be the highest honorific title we can grant to a hammer and everybody getting it could be very proud of it as the guild knows: A VERY dedicated player to the game and our guild, somebody you can ask allmost everything about hammer-stuff, sombody who can teach you all about pve and the mysteries of advanced pvp (yes i know this sounds a bit strange probably but pvp shows to be different in every game and for sure there are lots of things to know to become a master of it.). And last but not least, is taking a major part in events happening, if not himself organizing them, participate at them. Now these are not "duties" of the people getting one of those titles, as the people getting them already play like this - it's just to show our respect for what they are doing. Granting the honorific titles is something the council should do really. Our guild-ranks, Hammer, War-Captian and Warlord are more concentrated towards the duties we have upon the guild: - Hammer: The "base" of a strikeforce (or group or whatever you want to call it). This is where everyone joining the hammers starts at and every single warrior, wizard, healer etc. beeing there is a great aid to us. Yet, no duties are assigned to a hammer. - Warcaptain: A groupleader. If somebody is taking this rank he is supposed to lead hammers in battle, knowing where and how to approach to reach the goal. Also in my opinion, a warcaptain is supposed to strengthen the Hammers (ie powerleveling). - Warlord: Speaking for all the hammers within the council and a guy you can ask allmost everything in the game and expect him to organize events of all kinds, ask for help if you are in need of it, no matter what the problem is.
