The whole tunnel is guarded by groups of dwarves, dogs and fire elementals. The groups shift positions. There are two roaming patrols.
At least on side of the road has to be cleared in order to trespass this area.

Disable the patrols in front of him first, then the ones to the left and right.
Send the tank in first to accumulate aggro. Bael'Gar spawns little blobs as adds. An AoE class or if not available a high-DPS class should tke care of those. The rest concentrates on Bael'Gar.
